Secure Tec will refund the total amount of funds paid to our company under the following circumstances:
- If the software provided is faulty.
- If the product is faulty, the customer is entitled to a replacement or refund.
- If the customer questions the electronic payment deducted via their credit card.
- If the customer did not receive delivery of the product.
- If the software does not match the desired outcome the customer expected.
- If the customer finds the software incompatible with other software on their computer system.
- If our support team is unable to get the software working on the customers computer.
